In 2024, there were no major safety and quality liability accidents related to products and services, nor any product recall events.

Customer Relations


Huali Group follows the customer-oriented principle, continuously providing high-quality products and services that meet or exceed customer expectations, and implements customer satisfaction surveys. The group’s target for 2024 was 100%, with actual customer satisfaction reaching 99.99%, and customer coverage achieving 100%. At the same time, regarding quality complaints occurring  within the group, a quality issue analysis team has been established in the group’s factories to perform root cause analysis and provide solutions. Additionally, the group has established a series of timely feedback processes and holds relevant departments accountable to prevent recurrence.
