We are committed to fostering a fair, diverse, and inclusive employment environment. By 2025, the group's total workforce has exceeded 185,000 employees. Our internal promotion pathways have been continuously enhanced; we particularly encourage female employees to leverage their strengths across production, technical, and management roles, and have set a long-term goal of achieving a female management team composition exceeding 55%. By 2025, the proportion of female employees is projected to reach 78.94%, with female managers accounting for 61.90%. Through systematic recruitment, training, and incentive programs, we strive to retain top talent and lay a solid foundation for global business growth.

Employee Rights and Labor Practices


Huali Group strictly complies with labor laws and customer requirements in all operational countries, uniformly implementing internal policies such as the Supplier Code of Conduct, Child Labor-Free Policy, and Forced Labor-Free Policy. These policies cover comprehensive management across work hours, compensation, leave arrangements, and grievance procedures, firmly eliminating overtime work, forced labor, wage arrears, and workplace discrimination while safeguarding every employee's dignity and rights. This standard is extended throughout the supply chain to promote collaborative governance of labor rights across the entire value chain. While adhering to legal boundaries, the group consistently respects employees' freedom of association and collective bargaining rights, achieving full coverage of trade unions and collective bargaining mechanisms across all global operations. Through regular communication channels, the group legally protects employees' legitimate rights regarding remuneration, occupational health and safety, working hours, and benefits, while regularly disclosing the implementation status and outcomes of these mechanisms. As of 2025, both employee union representation rates and collective bargaining coverage reached 100%. Moving forward, Huali will continue refining these mechanisms to foster harmonious labor relations and achieve sustainable development alongside its workforce.

The Group adopts a performance-driven, training-backed talent development strategy, using monthly tracking and annual reviews to allocate promotions, pay adjustments, rotations, and training to high performers. We also offer multi‑track career progression across management, professional, and technical paths, along with tiered skills training to support ongoing professional growth. Management Training Blueprint

Professional talent is an important asset to the Group. Only by continuously enhancing the overall capabilities of the group can we create advantages for the group to continuously advance to the top; we provide a complete training system and development planning to improve professional management abilities and encourage employees to engage in self-development. Through the regular updating of the management training blueprint, the staff can follow the map, understand the professional knowledge required at each stage of the position, and work in four main directions:

Group Management Associates Training Plan


GPMA (Group Management Associates)Training Plan aims to nurture the Group’s management talent.It is expected to strengthen profession and management abilities through intensively and practically fundamental training, footwear technology imparting primary management courses. Those who complete the training plan and pass the assessment not only have the professional functions of the footwear industry but also prepare for joining in the management team in the future; GPMA Training Plan is being developed sustainably in China and Vietnam.








Human Rights Assessment Management


Huali Group has established a human rights assessment system covering its own factories and all supply chain partners. Through a closed-loop management process encompassing "institutional standards → access review → risk assessment → periodic review → corrective action follow-up → continuous monitoring," the group systematically identifies, evaluates, and mitigates human rights risks. The following section outlines the comprehensive implementation and effectiveness of the group's human rights risk management approach from both policy framework and assessment practice perspectives.
