We found that the brands are generally concerned with social and environmental issues, especially climate change, energy management, supply chain management, and employee care. These issues are not only related to corporate social responsibility and sustainable development, but may also have a profound impact on the Company's financial situation.
Employee Interviews
In the employee interviews, we gained an in-depth understanding of the employees’ views and expectations of the group in terms of compliance, compensation and benefits, etc.

Compensation, Benefits and Catering: Employees hope the group will be fairer and more transparent in compensation and benefits, and reasonably reflect their work’s contributions and value. Moreover, they expect more career development opportunities and skills training.
