ESG Governance Structure
Huali Group has always regarded sustainability as a crucial part of our core strategy. To ensure the effective implementation of ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) initiatives, we have established a comprehensive management structure and clarified responsibilities at all levels from governance to management and execution, so as to guarantee the orderly implementation of ESG work.
ESG Management Team
In daily management and operations, Huali Group actively adopts and integrates ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) principles into its operation activities, and continuously devotes itself to the improvement and optimization of its ESG management system. The group has established Compliance and Sustainability Dept. at both headquarters and each factory level to oversee ESG-related work.
The team brings together many qualified professionals who have systematically received professional training in sustainable development and have an in-depth understanding of the requirements of ISSB (International Sustainability Standards Board), GRI (Global Reporting Initiative), CSRD (Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive), the Ministry of Finance of the People's Republic of China, and the Shenzhen Stock Exchange. Additionally, we have professional manpower in various fields such as climate change circular economy, EHS (Environment, Health and Safety), human resource management, etc. Team members are certified as China Certified Safety Engineer, Certified Safety Professional (CSP), Certified Industrial Hygienist (CIH), Energy Manager, GHG Verifier, which ensures the team's professionalism as a whole.
